What makes a Velocity Defense barrel special? It’s our unique SPT Single Process Technology – only found at Killer Innovations! The bore, rifling, and chamber are cut in one high-precision machine without human interference. This process requires a single cutter to make 120 individual cuts to accurately rifle each bore. SPT cutting yields identical grooves that have less than .0001” deviation between each other and creates the most accurate barrel available on the market today.

Button barrels and standard cut rifling cannot achieve this kind of repeated accuracy due to normal tool wear and tool tolerances. SPT barrels consistently hold better groove to groove concentricity to the bore. Velocity barrels have tighter tolerances and true alignments on all features of the bore and chamber for superior performance down range.

Using exceptionally high-grade material and precision machining every feature in one proprietary process, our barrels deliver unparalleled accuracy and performance. Every barrel is machined with an 11° target crown for greater accuracy and coated with high quality finishes, ensuring the most accurate, reliable barrels available on the market today.

These are our “Mod 2” barrels with the Threaded versions made to pair perfectly with our Velocity Defense Compensator  or our Velocity Defense Pro Tuck Compensator.
