SINGLE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY

KILLER INNOVATIONS HAS DEVELOPED WHAT WE BELIEVE TO BE THE MOST ACCURATE PISTOL BORE MANUFACTURING PROCESS EVER CREATED. S.P.T. STANDS FOR SINGLE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY AND SINGLE POINT TECHNOLOGY. SINGLE PROCESS TECHNOLOGY MEANS THE BORE, RIFLING, AND CHAMBER ARE CUT IN ONE HIGH PRECISION MACHINE WITHOUT HUMAN INTERFERENCE.

WHAT IT MEANS…

SINGLE POINT TECHNOLOGY MEANS THE RIFLING IS CUT USING THE LEGENDARY AND PAINSTAKING SINGLE POINT CUTTING TECHNIQUE. THIS SINGLE POINT CUT RIFLING PROCESS REQUIRES A SINGLE CUTTER TO MAKE 120 INDIVIDUAL CUTS TO ACCURATELY RIFLE EACH BORE. SINGLE POINT CUTTING YIELDS IDENTICAL GROOVES THAT HAVE LESS THAN .0001” DEVIATION BETWEEN EACH OTHER BECAUSE THEY ARE BEING CUT WITH THE EXACT SAME CUTTER.

BETTER PERFORMANCE

“BUTTON” BARRELS AND STANDARD “CUT” RIFLING CAN NOT ACHIEVE THIS KIND OF REPEATED ACCURACY DUE TO NORMAL TOOL WEAR AND TOOL MAKING TOLERANCES. “SINGLE POINT CUT” BARRELS CONSISTENTLY HOLD BETTER GROOVE TO GROOVE CONCENTRICITY TO THE BORE. THESE TWO TECHNOLOGIES COMBINED PRODUCE BARRELS WITH TIGHTER TOLERANCES AND TRUE ALIGNMENTS ON ALL FEATURES OF THE BORE AND CHAMBER. ALL THIS EQUALS SUPERIOR ACCURACY DOWN RANGE.

I purchased the velocity threaded barrel for my P365X. This barrel so much more accurate over the SIG stock barrel. I followed Killer-Innovations procedures for break-in. Even during the break-in, I had zero issues, FTE or FTF. This is a must upgrade for your weapon!! I have told all my friends that this is the barrel to buy.

The velocity barrel is one bad MF. Accurate as can be. First shots were at 50 yards and I was regularly hitting steel with semi rapid fire. The threading is top of the line, I could argue the smoothest threading on any of my guns. The machine work and the gold barrel stand out very nicely on my 365. KI gets my repeat business for sure.

I recently purchased a p365xl so it hadn’t been shot since it was in the factory. I have a silencer being approved so I figured I’d pick up this threaded barrel and zero it. I followed the break in procedure described in the video in their FAQ. They warn that during the break in process (300 rounds), failures of all types are common. I had 0 failures. Not one. I was able to get the barrel zeroed at 25 yards quickly and used a few mags near the end of the process to practice some from concealed fire. It was great. This barrel is well worth the money. I can’t wait to attach my silencer to it in a couple months.

Drop in 365 non threaded. Extremely accurate and no issues. Will def purchase more for other weapons.

  5. Joshua Cox (verified owner)

So glad I decided to pull the trigger. This is craftsmanship at peak! It’s awesome, testing it out soon. Thanks again.

  6. McKinley Shifflett (verified owner)

Got the barrel in last night and immediately went to the range. And man the barrel made a world of difference with accuracy, And with the slide and barrel my p365xl works smooth and looks sharp as hell.

  7. Jacob Troy (verified owner)

Would be 5 stars but the coating on the barrel is wearing off after 150 rounds. No failures what so ever and super accurate.
